Enablement Toolbox

What am I good at?

Welcome to my brag sheet! jk. You’ll only hear me brag about myself during annual reviews. Just like the Sound of Music, these are a few of my favorite things…

Project Management

I am an Agile-minded Project Manager. However, Waterfall works too. I’m open to learning new methodologies and creating synergy between the cross-functional teams currently on the project. It’s alright if your organization doesn’t love organization and thrives on chaos.. we all start somewhere.

Content Management Systems

The CMS journey is long. Honestly, my favorite CMS is Highspot. You might be thinking this entire site is an ad—shockingly, it isn’t. Every business is unique and requires different features from their CMS. For this reason, I’ve recommended Seismic and Showpad in the past.

Tool Implementations

Curious the health of a milestone? Check the Monday board. Wondering how Sally from the Salesforce team implemented the API? Check the documents linked within the Monday board. If your organization is still living in 2006 and doesn’t use Monday.com or Asana, no worries. It’s nice remembering what life was like before the iPhone.

Performance Metrics

What’s a sales tool without performance metrics? Let’s automate all the questions Sales Managers will ask about their reps’ activity or that Sales VPs have on platform ROI. We can also put an end to the ongoing questions from Content Marketing about the freshness of their content. The sky’s the limit!*

*the sky is 100% the limit on some solutions

Content creation

As if this page doesn’t give it away, writing is a passion of mine. Finding the perfect blend of words and clean design keeps me up at night. I hate to admit it, but I still have nightmares about that one time I used the wrong HEX code. First time I’ve admitted that—please don’t rat me out to Marketing.

Tool Strategy

Just like a classic PB&J, the right ratio is important. Your Revenue Team’s tool workflow matters. Without a strategy behind your tool ecosystem, your reps will waste more time looking for content, finding information, managing their accounts, and clicking too many links redesigning a deck.

Pro Tip: Make PB&Js on Blueberry Bagels for long hiking trips.

That’s just the start

If you’re interested in a some more light reading, I have examples of my past projects—located in the Restricted Section.

P.S. The chance of a real human reading this page is slim, so I thought I’d let my personality write it.

P.S.S. I felt like a facebook mom showing you vacation photos; it’s better than white icons on a colored background.
