My favorite little things in life include color-coded spreadsheets, detailed project plans, and receiving feedback. I live for the thrill of organized chaos—where ambiguity sparks innovation, and change is just another word for opportunity. I’m the person you want when the path forward isn’t clear, blending critical thinking with a touch of stubborn optimism to keep things moving.

Below is one example of when I lead a concept from kickoff to deployment to define content governance, content usage, freshness, and accuracy.


CMS Technical Roadmaps

Identify Issues: Sellers spend 45% of their weekly time locating information, coordinating with internal partners, finding and designing client-facing slides.

Project Goal: The Enablement team will evaluate five CMS solutions on the market and select a vendor that best fits SiriusXM’s use case by December 31, 2024.

Results:

  • Seismic selected as VOC after a 30 week evaluation
  • Business documents created: Content Governance Plan, Content KPIs, Business Requirements Document, UAT, Evaluation Scorecard, CMS Recommendation Deck for SLT, and Change Management Plan
  • Presented three software roadmaps to ELT that featured API plans, software release schedules, and resource allocation requirements aligned to three different business directions.

Role: Project Lead and Program Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Created software roadmaps aligned with product goals, technical requirements, and business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute the roadmap from initial development stages through to product launch, overseeing launch and release activities tied to software features and deliverables
  • Collaborated with cross-functional groups to uncover constraints, dependencies, and risks/issues while ensuring timely delivery of software features
  • Partnered with teams to established project milestones, provided regular status updates, and proactively manage and resolve potential obstacles
  • Established best practices and refine product development processes in a fast-changing environment
  • Organized and contribute to engineering outputs, including detailed specifications and comprehensive test plans
  • Worked with user research and dogfooding teams to gather and coordinate user feedback for improving user experience
  • Offered feedback and input to help shape product design and user experience (UX)Maintained accurate, up-to-date project documentation accessible to staff and leadership for review
  • Identified required resources and collaborate closely with team leads to maintained visibility across multiple projects, addressing resource gaps quickly and effectively
